By accessing, registering for, or using our enterprise software platform including school management modules, welfare program operations, and financial control systems you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Platform Usage & Account Responsibilities

To use Amaanat, you must maintain an authorized account with accurate institutional details. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your user role.

• Authorized Access: Accounts must be utilized strictly by designated administrators, teachers, or authorized operators.
• Data Integrity: Users must ensure that student enrollment metrics, academic schedules, and financial logs entered into the system are accurate and lawful.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architecture, user interfaces, branding assets, custom layouts, and source code components associated with Amaanat are the exclusive property of TEKs (Technology Enthusiast Knights). Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any platform component is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to the Amaanat platform. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, module, or service tier at any time for maintenance, security updates, or architectural enhancements without prior liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amaanat and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform services.
